IFA cordially invites you to a panel discussion on the agrarian crisis in India centered around the screening of a documentary, Déjà vu, on the Indian farmers agitation of 2020-2021.

The film examines the farmers’ opposition to the Indian government’s attempts to corporatize agriculture and juxtaposes this with similar experiments in the United States in the 20th century.

The panelists include Bedabrata Pain, the award-winning director of the film, and S.R.Hiremath, the acclaimed Indian Activist.

A light lunch will be served during the program.
