How to Donate using Zelle
No Service Fees Incurred!
Step 1: Only people who use personal online banking will be able send online donation to IFA. So if you have not yet started using online access to your bank account, set it up first.
Step 2: Zelle is a quick way to pay people you know and trust in minutes. Most US banks already use “Zelle” service, but if your bank does not, you can download and use the “Zelle App” on your mobile.
Step 3: Start by logging in to your bank account and select the “Pay & Transfer” or similar tab. From the dropdown list, select the choice similar to the one shown below for my bank (Chase): “Pay Bills & QuickPay with Zelle”. Some banks use “Person to Person” instead of QuickPay in their description of this service.
Step 4: From the dropdown list, select the option to “Add new recipient”.
Step 5: Add IFA in your contacts list, with IFADonation@gmail.com as the e-mail address. You do not need to enter any phone number. Zelle will find the correct IFA a/c to credit your donation amount within minutes!
Step 6: In future, when you donate to IFA again, you can simply select IFA and Pay from your Zelle Contacts list as shown in the image above.
